The elderly Mr. Hopkins, who made his wealth writing sentimental greeting cards, is now trapped in his mountain chalet with his rapidly dwindling family. Although he speaks in rhyme - all the time, he is attempting to make rhyme or reason of their sad fate before it becomes too late.
