Step Up Sixes

Welcome to all our Grade 6 students coming to ASIA Sumas for 2023/24. 

We look forward to meeting you and helping with the transition to middle school. Students will meet their teachers, get a tour of the school, receive (and practice opening) their lockers, and ask any questions they might have prior to school starting on September 5th which is a half day for students ending at 11:04 a.m.

This is an opportunity for students to connect with their classmates and teachers and build the foundation of wonderful relationships. We ask that parents drop off their children to allow them to participate on their own. The Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) will have coffee at the picnic tables outside as an informal meet and greet with other parents and families from the school. 

There is no need to bring anything, but if your child would like to bring school supplies to put in their locker, they are welcome to do so.
