Step Up Sixes Day

Welcome to all our Grade 6 students coming to ASIA Sumas for 2022/23. 

We look forward to meeting you and helping with the transition to middle school. Students will meet their teachers, get a tour of the school, receive (and practice opening) their lockers, and ask any queistons they might have prior to school starting on the 6th. 

This is an opportunity for students to connect with their classmates and teachers and build the foundation of wonderful relationships. We ask that parents drop off their children to allow them to participate on their own. The Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) will have coffee at the picnic tables outside as an informal meet and greet with other parents and families from the school. 

There is no need to bring anything, but if your child would like to bring school supplies to put in their locker, they are welcome to do so. The list of supplies is available here.
